About Bintan Wedding
Guide + Support
Bintan wedding packages include Emerald Class ferry seats (first class), which include access to the ferry terminal lounge which has free wifi, snacks, and tea while you wait for the ferry departure time. With Emerald Class, skip the long line at the tourist visa counter because the paperwork is processed during your ferry ride. Hotel staff will pick you up at the ferry terminal, and our guide will take care of you throughout your trip after you arrive at the hotel.
Wedding Ceremony Venue
Under the shade of an ocean gazebo and decorated with beautiful tropical flowers, your dream wedding can come true. We welcome babies and elderly guests, and access to the neighboring air-conditioned villa suite is available during the wedding for resting.
Wedding Items
Place your rings on our ring pillow made from a large seashell and decorated with colorful flowers, and sign and bring home your custom wedding memorial certificate made from batik, a traditional Indonesian fabric. The package also includes a fresh flower bouquet and a headdress. We also provide an ample amount of flower petals for guests to shower the newlyweds with.
Reception Dinner
From a private dinner for two to renting out the entire resort for a large wedding party, we can accommodate your post-wedding festivities. The base wedding package includes a reception dinner for two (2) persons, and each additional guest is $100 per head. The romantic candle-lit reception dinner is held in an ocean gazebo and a multi-course course dinner including the region's famous chili crabs is served.
Wedding Cakes
We can arrange stylish and cute wedding cakes with sugar decorations according to your theme and requests. We can also prepare handmade cookies with icing decorations as gifts for your guests.
Bintan Photo Tour
■One-Day Private Island Tour
Enjoy snorkeling or marine sports at beautiful private islands. Veteran guides take you to amazing snorkeling spots with colorful coral and tropical fish. Enjoy a delicious and fresh local seafood BBQ lunch at the beach. This is an exclusive tour and not available at other resorts in Bintan!

■Starry Nights Mangrove with Fireflies Tour
Cruise down a river into the serenity of the mangrove forests and fireflies sparkling in the starry night. This is only tour that journeys along the small canal in the fishermen's village to get to the Mangrove woods.
■Coconut Oil-Making and Bintan Cultural Experience Tour:

- Traditional Indonesian cooking experience (lunch)
- Tanjungpinang Muslim market tour
After experiencing coconut oil-making, we take you to the wet market to check out the ingredients for your traditional Indonesian lunch. You can also learn recipes using the oil you make. The tour also includes a Tanjungpinang Muslim market tour. This is our original tour for experiencing real Southeast Asian life, which includes locales that are difficult to visit without the aide of local guides.
■Beach Pizza Lunch Tour (Optional Tour)
Ocean and Pizza: the best combination! It is amazing that we have such incredible pizzas on the east side of Bintan Island. The shop is owned by an Italian family and the pizzas are made using a firewood oven. After snorkeling in the crystal clear water, having great Italian food is a heavenly experience.

Rental Dresses
Rental Indonesian Kebaya
For portraits with traditional Indonesian wear (Kebaya) at Bintan Island, we have red, yellow, white, and brown Kebayas. You can also order tailor-made Kebaya in your preferred color and size.
Rental Wedding Dresses
Most dress stores do not rent out dresses for outdoor photography due to damage concerns, but we are able to prepare elegant and fashionable dresses that are easy to move around in for both indoor and outdoor photoshoots (note: damage due to excessive or reckless use require repair fees).
Rental dresses come with use of bouquet, veil, gloves, headdress, and petticoat.
If you would like to check out our albums and try on wedding gowns, Yukatas, and Kebayas, feel free to contact us via the Contact page. Our office is located in Ebisu/Daikanyama in Tokyo and is only a 1-minute walk from the Ebisu JR Station or from the Tokyo Metro Ebisu Station on the Hibiya Line. Viewing requires reservations so please let us know your preferred day and time.
Wedding Gifts
Coconut Oil and Soap
The coconut oil is handmade from scratch and the bars of soap are made from that oil. The oil is pure and organic, and can be used as lotion for hair and skin or even for cooking. The entire process requires much time, so production begins well before the actual wedding ceremony. We can also wrap them in elegant boxes for souvenirs or wedding gifts upon your request. The oil is gentle, has a sweet aroma, and can be used for both cooking and massages.
